I Training Objectives
The major aims to cultivate the senior innovative talents ,who systematically master legal knowledge, are familiar with China's main laws and regulations and relevant policies, have the ability to analyze and solve practical legal problems, and are able to engage in legal work in state organs, enterprises, institutions and social organizations, especially in legislative organs, administrative organs, procuratorial organs, judicial organs, arbitration institutions and legal service institutions.
II Training Specifications and Requirements
According to the requirements of training specifications, the overall development goal of undergraduate law major will be practice -oriented, and the training goal of application-oriented will be specific to all kinds of work. The five elements of legal personnel training are basically determined. The first is to have the basic theory of law, the second is to be able to flexibly apply legal theory, legal system and legal provisions. The third is to be able to apply comprehensive relevant knowledge, the fourth is to be able to use the theoretical system to solve practical problems, and the fifth is to be able to carry out the corresponding organization and coordination work to a certain extent.
Knowledge Requirements
First, to have a solid legal theory literacy, systematically master the basic principles of law and the basic theory of various departments of law; second, to master China's existing legislative policies systematically, legal systems and legal rules; third, to have the necessary professional knowledge, professional direction of preliminary scientific research and practical work ability in the professional field, and understand its disciplinary frontier and development trend.

Quality Requirements
1.To have good legal theory literacy, which is the basis of the legal profession. On the one hand, theoretical literacy should be acquired through theoretical study; on the other hand, it should be accumulated and improved through legal practice activities. Good legal concepts, systematic legal knowledge of philosophy, comprehensive understanding of national conditions, social conditions and human feelings, and the legal spirit of upholding justice.
2.To have good professional sentiment of law, law is the embodiment of justice, and law is the study of justice. A legal person must have just moral character, fair mentality and strict conduct. Therefore, in the process of legal personnel training, we should put the promotion of legal professional ethics in an important position, educate people with fair legal ethics, inspire people with strict legal sentiment, and edify people with firm belief in the rule of law, to cultivate students' sense of legal professional identity and role of mission.
