CPC member, associate professor, excellent communist party member of Jiangxi Province, young and middle-aged key teachers of Jiangxi Provincial colleges and universities, has long been engaged in higher education management and ideological and political education in colleges and universities. He has published 14 academic papers, edited 3 textbooks, and won 15 awards at provincial level or above; in 2013, he was awarded the title of "Advanced Worker of Jiangxi University Ideological and Political Education" by the Provincial Education Work Committee and the Provincial Education Department; In 2015, he was awarded the honorary certificate of "You are loyal to the Party's education cause, teaching in the school for more than 30 years, establishing virtue and cultivating people, and being honored by the Provincial Education Work Committee and the Provincial Education Department”. He has served as the secretary of the Party General Branch of College of Computer Information Engineering of Nanchang Polytechnic University, the head of the school's Academic Work Department, the deputy secretary of the school's Discipline Inspection Committee, and a member of the school's affairs committee.

He is fully responsible for students' ideological and political education, national defense education and people's armed forces, safety and security, comprehensive governance, school art and sports, school logistics (school hospital), and alumni liaison work. He is also in charge of the Academic Affairs Department, the Security Department, the Counseling Center, the General Affairs Department, the Catering Department, the Water and Electricity Inspection Center, the People's Armed Forces Department, and the Alumni Association and supervises the School of Music, the School of Physical Education, and the Chancellor College.
