PAN Yang, Dean of the College
As a doctor of engineering, second-class professor，graduate supervisor，he is now the dean of Architectural Engineering college. In 1982,he graduated from Shanghai Institute of Machinery (now Shanghai University of Technology) with a bachelor's degree. He received his doctorate in engineering from Shizuoka University in Japan in 2001.He has been the dean of the college of Civil Engineering and Architecture of East China Jiaotong University for many years and has been engaged in the management of teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities for a long time. He has undertaken and completed more than 30 national and provincial scientific research projects，published more than 70 papers，among which 12 have been indexed by SCI EI,published 2 monographs and teaching materials, and obtained 1 patent. He has been awarded the government allowance of Jiangxi Province,the first and second level candidate of the Hundreds of Millions of Talents Project of Jiangxi Province,the third prize of Jiangxi Natural Science Award (the first prize)，and the young and middle-aged discipline leader of Jiangxi universities.
DAI Hualin，General Party Branch Secretary
He is a member of the Communist Party of China(CPC), with a bachelor degree and a professional title of lecturer. He used to work in a certain air force unit with firm political stand, strong organization and coordination ability, and rich management experience. Having won the third class merit three times, he has been awarded the honorary titles of "Outstanding Communist Party Member", "Excellent Management Worker", "Advanced Individual in Ideological and Political Education" for many times, and has published around 10 papers. Now he is the general party branch secretary of Architecture and Engineering College .
LIU Zhihong, Executive Dean
He is a member of the CPC, with a bachelor degree，graduated from civil engineering major of Correspondence College of Tongji University. He is the former director and professor of Civil Engineering Department in Jiangxi College of Construction, former dean of Urban Construction College in Jiangxi University of Applied Science, winner of national construction system advanced worker,provincial backbone of middle-aged and young teachers, and expert of Jiangxi Provincial bidding expert database.At present, he is the executive dean and professor of Architectural Engineering College, and presides over the work of the college.
YANG Guoxi，Honorary Dean
He is a member of the CPC, senior engineer, expert judge of Jiangxi construction project bidding, and member of architectural branch of China Education Society. He once served as dean of Jiangxi Normal University, Jiangxi Education Department, and director of the Architectural Design Office in Jiangxi University. He has been awarded the title of Advanced Individual by the National Education Commission，Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government. He has been engaged in the technical and administrative work of educational infrastructure for a long time, presided over and organized the design and construction management of dozens of engineering construction projects，published many architectural academic papers and monographs in national architectural journals, and compiled them into selected papers. He also compiled teaching materials, like Building Materials，Soil Mechanics and Foundation and so on. He is now the honorary Dean of Architecture and Engineering College.
TONG Yu, Vice Dean
He is a member of the CPC，a postgraduate，an associate professor，a senior human resource manager (level 1) (senior technician), and an expert of Nanchang Intellectual Property Expert Database. He presided over 6 provincial-level projects，participated in 3 projects, published more than 20 papers，among which more than 10 were included by CSSCI,EI and ISTP2.He is now the Vice Dean of Architecture and Engineering College.
LENG Chaoqun， Vice Dean
He is a member of the CPC，an associate professor，a senior engineer，and a master candidate whose research direction is engineering management. He has published 58 academic papers，applied for 9 patents, participated in presiding over 4 provincial projects，compiled 21 textbooks. He has won many honors such as "Excellent Scientific Research worker"， "Advanced Worker" and "Advanced Individual". He is now the Associate Dean of Architecture and Engineering College.
DENG Xiaobing, Dean Assistant
He is a member of the CPC，a master candidate, and graduated from Jiangxi Normal University，with the title of lecturer. He has been engaged in student management for a long time and won the titles of "Excellent Instructor" and "Excellent Communist Party Member"during work. Having participated in 1 project, published more than 10 papers, he serves as assistant to the dean of Architecture and Engineering College now.
WAN Jiayuan，Vice Dean
As a senior economist, member of China Democratic Construction Association, currently, he is the Associate Dean of Architecture and Engineering College.
