Main disciplines: engineering economics, engineering contract management, engineering measurement and pricing, engineering cost management
Main courses: construction project management, engineering safety and environmental protection, engineering quota principle, construction methods and organization, computer aided engineering cost, building equipment, building structure, building regulations, building information modeling (BIM) technology application.

Practice Teaching: including professional practice, practical training, social investigation, military training, comprehensive training of civil engineering drawing, course design of housing architecture, architectural structure design, curriculum design of architectural construction , BIM , civil engineering budget, engineering bidding, installation engineering budget, and project cost case analysis, social investigation and professional practice, production practice, graduation thesis (Design).The practical teaching links are calculated according to the teaching weeks and are not included in the total credits (class hours) in the class.
