I. Training Objectives

The major aims to cultivate senior application-oriented professionals with the basic theory of Marxism, the professional knowledge and ability to performance (air crew), the basic theory of the professional basic skills of performing arts and aviation services, the dance performance practice ability and the basic qualities and skills of air cabin, etiquette etc. Including the ability and flexibility of foreign language, unity and coordination.

II. Training Specifications and Requirements

1. To master the basic theory and basic knowledge of performing arts;

2. To master the cultural knowledge and professional skills needed in air crew;

3. To master the basic knowledge of civil aviation enterprise management and civil aviation service, as well as the knowledge of Chinese and foreign tourism geography and customs; and the basic knowledge of laws, tourism regulations and policies, civil aviation regulations;

4. To master communication etiquette, national spirit, moral cultivation, and excellent public relations skills;

5. To understand the principles, policies and regulations of literature and art in China; the current situation and development trend of artistic creation and theory;

6. To be proficient in two foreign languages, and able to communicate in foreign languages;

7. To be capable of serving and managing domestic and foreign airlines, civil aviation enterprises such as airports, travel agencies, large hotels, administrative departments and other enterprises and institutions;

8. To master communication skills and extensive career adaptability.
