In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech at the seminar of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities, and actively deepen the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses in the new era, our school and Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics are actively constructing "resource sharing, complementary advantages, coordination, and improvement together " new pattern of ideological and political course construction. Our school and Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics formed an inter-school counterpart assistance relationship, and selected outstanding teachers to guide the curriculum construction, talent training, teaching content and method reform of our school's ideological and political courses.
On March 18th, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics selected outstanding teacher and Ph.D. Yin Yetong to our school to demonstrate innovative teaching methods of ideological and political courses-"How the historical mission of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation was proposed" thematic teaching class. With his profound academic foundation, Dr. Yin Yetong skillfully uses the examples of social and life changes that students are familiar with to introduce ideological and political courses, and explain in-depth and simple words, so that students’ thoughts follow the guidance of the teacher to fully understand and understand why Marxism is carried out. Why can the Chinese Communist Party and why is socialism with Chinese characteristics good? Recognizing that we young students should shoulder the historical mission of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, listen to and follow the party.
After class, Dean Fu Pengpeng of the School of Marxism of our school met with Dr. Yin Yetong and had an in-depth exchange of ideological and political teaching reform with the ideological and political teacher. Dean Fu Pengpeng said that our school should focus on the construction of ideological and political courses and the construction of ideological and political teachers, and cultivate teaching and research backbones through post-study, collective lesson preparation, observation teaching, demonstration teaching, seminars, and academic exchanges so as to improve the teaching quality of ideological and political courses in our college.
