associate professor and member of the CPC, is an expert in quality verification of education statistics of the Ministry of Education, and has long been engaged in research on higher education policy and management, education reform and development, and signal processing of electronic information engineering. He had been the assistant director, deputy director, executive deputy director, assistant to the president and director of the Development Planning Office (Evaluation and Construction Office), director of the Master Program Preparation Office and executive deputy director of the Academic Degrees Office of the university. Now he is the vice president of the university.

   He is fully responsible for the development planning of the university, co-managing education and teaching assessment and declaration, annual inspection of private colleges and universities and data management. He is also the Director of Development Planning Office and the Director of Assessment Center and supervises College of Computer Information Engineering.
