He entered Harbin Institute of Technology in 1981, majoring in Aircraft Control, Guidance and Simulation, and then pursued his master's degree directly with honors, under the supervision of Professor Wang Zicai, a Chinese engineering scholar. He was awarded as Associate Professor and Professor by Harbin Institute of Technology.

  He is a young and middle-aged core teacher in Jiangxi Higher Education Institution and a young discipline leader in Jiangxi Province. His research results have won the first prize at the national ministry level once and the second prize three times. He has published more than ten papers in different journals such as international core, international conference and domestic core, and has presided over and completed more than twenty scientific research projects and horizontal cooperation projects.

  He is fully responsible for scientific research and discipline construction, and the Dean of the School of Aerospace. He is also in charge of the Research Department, Library and Archives and supervises College of Aerospace (International Flight Academy), College of Communication and College of New Energy and Environmental Engineering.
