HU Pei， Dean of the College, Professor
Hu Pei，a Communist Party of China(CPC) member，professor，doctoral supervisor，has long been engaged in human resources management, teaching and scientific research of talent quality assessment. She is the host of a national excellent course of human resource management，a teaching master of Huazhong University of Science and Technology,the young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contribution in Hubei province. Now, she is concurrently a vice President in Nanchang Institute of Technology(NIT)，and dean of the Business Administration College.
CAO Xinyin, General Party Branch Secretary, Lecturer
CAO Xinyin, a CPC member，lecturer, has been engaged in ideological and political education in colleges and universities for a long time，presided over and completed a provincial-level project, published a number of essays in journals above the provincial level. He was awarded excellent instructor of the national information technology application level competition conference "special award" in Jiangxi province，"excellent party building organization member in colleges and universities of the whole province"，"outstanding instructor of colleges and universities in Jiangxi province"，finalist of "annual figure of college counselor of Jiangxi Province"，"outstanding communist youth league cadre of Jiangxi Province", excellent instructor of "three going to the countryside" social practice activities in Jiangxi Province，"Nanchang Institute of Technology(NIT)，May 1 Labor Medal","NIT advanced workers" and other honors. He is currently the General Party Branch Secretary of Business Administration college.
LIU Xiu, Vice Dean in Teaching, Lecturer
LIU Xiu，member of the CPC, lecturer，whose main research fields are management, human resource management and marketing, participated in the compilation of 4 university textbooks, has presided over and participated in 7 provincial projects, published more than 10 essays. She is an advanced worker of NIT，March 8 Red-banner pacesetter，outstanding Communist Party member and an advanced individual. She is now the teaching associate dean of Business Administration college in NIT.
NING Caihong, Vice Dean in Academic Engineering, Lecturer
NING Caihong, member of CPC，lecturer, postgraduate student，served successively as logistics cashier of General Affairs office, full-time counselor of Economics and Management college ,Student Party Branch secretary and director of specialty department from September 2003 to September 2015. She has published 3 essays in provincial journals and won the honorary titles of Advanced Worker，Outstanding Communist Party member，Outstanding instructor and Outstanding Student Cadre of NIT for many times. She is now Associate Dean of Academic Engineering of Business Administration college in NIT.
YANG Eryan, Vice Dean in Employment, National Secondary Employment Guidance
YANG Eryan, member of CPC, Vice Dean in employment, the national secondary employment guidance, has been engaged in college enrollment and employment guidance for a long time, successively served as the director of marketing department and administration department of the employment guidance office of NIT. From 2012 to now, he has been in charge of enrollment in Liaoning province, and has compiled two textbooks, Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance for College Students and Career and Development Planning for College Students. He has won many honorary titles, such as NIT Advanced Worker，NIT Advanced Worker in enrol1ment and Employment,etc. He is now in charge of the enrollment and employment work of Business Administration college.
