Ⅰ. Training Objectives
This specialty aims to cultivate high-quality applied talents who can adapt to the needs of China's socialist market economy, develop morally, intellectually and physically, possess knowledge and abilities in management, economics, law and modern enterprise management, and engage in production management, organizational management, quality management, human resource management, strategic management, etc. in various types of industrial and commercial enterprises, as well as in related administrative units of government departments and other institutions.
Ⅱ. Cultivation Specifications
This includes the specific requirements that students should meet in terms of knowledge, ability, and quality.
1. Knowledge Requirements
(1) Fundamental Knowledge. Students must be proficient in the theories and methods of basic disciplines such as mathematics, management, statistics, and economics.
(2) Professional knowledge. Students should master the theoretical knowledge and methods of management, organizational behavior, accounting, financial management, marketing, entrepreneurship management, etc., and master the theoretical frontier and development trend of this discipline. Students should have a deep understanding of business management theory and management strategies of industrial and commercial enterprises; gain the basic ability to apply the theory of business administration to analyze and solve practical problems; be trained in the basic skills of industrial and commercial enterprise management methods and techniques, and obtain professional qualifications related to industrial and commercial enterprise management.
(3) General knowledge. Students are required to choose general knowledge in philosophy, sociology, psychology, law, science and technology, language and literature, career development and so on.
2、Aptitude Requirements
The ability structure of business administration students includes three aspects: knowledge acquisition ability, knowledge application ability, and innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
(1) Knowledge acquisition ability. They are capable of acquiring knowledge through classroom, literature, network, practice and practice, etc. They are good at learning and absorbing other people's knowledge, and constructing their own knowledge system.
(2) Ability to apply knowledge. They are capable of gaining the basic ability to apply management theories and methods to analyze and solve practical problems in enterprise management, mastering the basic management skills and the application of basic management knowledge, receive basic training in management skills, and obtaining the relevant professional qualification certificate of business administration. They should possess basic management skills and be able to apply basic management theories and relevant functional management knowledge to plan, organize, lead, coordinate and make decisions on enterprise management and operations, possess basic enterprise consulting and diagnostic analysis, enterprise management consulting ability, and the ability to apply management theory knowledge, diagnose and analyze enterprises, and put forward complete management consulting strategy proposals.
(3) Innovation and entrepreneurship ability. They should gain strong organizational communication skills, exploratory and critical thinking skills, and the ability to continuously try to innovate in theory or practice.
3、Quality Requirements
The quality structure of business administration students includes four aspects: ideological and moral quality, professional quality, cultural quality and physical and mental quality.
(1) Ideological and moral quality. Students should strive to learn and master Marxism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory, establish dialectical materialism and historical materialism worldview, support the leadership of the Party and the socialist system, have strong ability to analyze and judge the situation, have good moral cultivation and sense of social responsibility, positive ideals of life, values in line with the requirements of social progress and lofty feelings of patriotism.
(2) Professional quality. Systematic mastery of basic knowledge of business administration, sensitivity and judgment to discover organizational management problems, mastery of innovation and entrepreneurship skills, and the ability to apply management theories and methods to systematically analyze and solve organizational management problems.
(3) Cultural quality. High aesthetic taste, cultural taste and humanistic cultivation; have the spirit of the times and strong interpersonal skills; live positively and optimistically and work with a sense of responsibility.
(4) Physical and mental quality. Have a healthy body and psychological quality, with a stable, upward, strong and permanent emotional strength, willpower and personality charm.

1、Meet the requirements of knowledge, ability and quality required by the profession.
2、Complete all the teaching links stipulated in the cultivation program, and the total credits are not less than 171.
